باگ فیکس BUG FIX سرور اچ پی HPE ProLiant Gen10/Gen9
در برخی از سرورهای اچ پی HPE ProLiant Gen10/Gen9 و HPE Synergy Gen10 که در حال اجرای ویندوز سرور یا لینوکس RHEL/SLES هستند و کارت شبکه HPE برروی آن ها نصب گردیده، مشکلی گزارش شده است و باگ فیکس BUG FIX سرور HPE ProLiant Gen10/Gen9 آن توسط شرکت اچ پی منتشر شده این باگ فیکس BUG FIX در ادامه آمده است :

On certain ProLiant Gen10/Gen9 DL-Series and HPE Synergy Gen10 servers running Microsoft Windows Server Series OS or Linux RHEL/SLES Series OS and with certain Ethernet Adapters installed, all PCIe functions except Function 0 report a Subsystem ID of 0x0000 in the configuration space (including related Virtual Functions), regardless of the value programmed in the NVM.
Different names for the device ports may be reported in the Device Manager as in the example below (both ports should be displayed with the same name):
a) PORT1 displays as “Ethernet 2-port 562SFP+ Adapter”
b) PORT2 displays as “Ethernet 562SFP+ Adapter ”
In addition, different names for the device ports may be shown in the Device Manager in a guest OS:
a) Go to Device manager in a guest OS
b) PORT1 is displayed as an Intel adapter
c) PORT2 is displayed as a Network Controller
SCOPEAny of the ProLiant Gen10/Gen9 DL-series and Synergy Gen10 servers listed under “Hardware Platforms Affected”, running Microsoft Windows Server Series OS or Linux RHEL/SLES Series OS, and the list in BIOS/RBSU with any of the following adapters installed:
RESOLUTIONThere is no functional impact to the device or drivers. This may only impact the branding of the device if the Subsystem ID is used to select the device branding string.
